The game can actually be stopped completely to where no one wins. Its a bug but ya know..some people like me have to figure this stuff out
Then the game is just an endless killfest

Good if you don't get crap players (which never happens).

As a healer and dps my opinion is that Katmogu is a very enjoyable battleground if both sides are equally matched or your side is the better geared one. Mine I don't like very much, most people are to dumb to ignore what it's all about and end up zerging right in front of the spawn. So it's always up to the few people who actually defend/take lores from the other team.

I have really enjoyed the new battlegrounds they have released in cata and MoP.

Both temple and silvershard have fast pace playstyle which I enjoy. They can be very intense and a new way of doing bgs instead of CTF or capture bases is positive.

They are both awesome in my opinion. The only one I like more is BfG. The only complaint I have about the BG system now is that I want to be able to disable 3 bg's instead of two, that way I never have to do shitty ass AV, IoC or SoA ever again.

I love both Mine and Temple for several reasons. Note that I'm mainly talking from a perspective of doing them with guildies and friends so there's a lot of communication. Also can't wait to get them in RBG's as they are very strategic.

Mine is awesome because of the large amount of strategy that can go into it and the different approaches. Since the carts change control rather fast and there are three carts you can completely dominate the other team through proper splitting up. Stealth teams can take carts at the last second, knockbacks on the slopes are huge, calling whether or not you can hold on long enough for the cart to make it so you can send the rest of your team elsewhere, etc. I also like that you can't stall the game as there is no way to stop carts and someone always gets points from them.

Haven't played Temple as much, but I like that it's very hard to make the games last forever. It's fast paced and very action oriented, much unlike AB or EotS where you sometimes have people that never see combat. The new mechanics make it impossible to stall games for too long, especially when compared to BG's like WSG or TP where some teams just hold the flag for 90% of the game.

Overall I love the new BG's.

WSG, BoG and TP will forever suck more.

I think the mines are really boring, but the Horde seems to win them every time I´m in there so that makes me like it. Temple of Kotmogu on the other hand, is an interesting bg, but the Alliance wins this every time I´m in there (just have been 4 times in there though).

TBH I don't like either of them, I am not a fan of 10m BGs. 15m and bigger is always more balanced and easier to find people worth healing. People always say they find it easier to make an impact in smaller BGs, but as a healer I think the opposite is true.

I love both a lot. Unlike the cata ones (ugh). Mines has either tons of action or if you're alone guarding you get points. And the other one is non-stop action too, me likey.

As a healer in a smaller bg you actually make more of a impact.

I really enjoy both of the new battlegrounds. They both put an emphasis on teamwork, and communication. Well done blizzard.

Temple is just horrible, disgusting. Having played mage for years now, I kind of prefer WSG/Peaks because I'm more of solo/zerg player(haters gonna hate). Temple is nothing but mindless zerg where your skill/experience means little to nothing. But Kotmogu? One shot or get one shotted, true skill there. That BG is beyond stupid.

Silvershard Mines is ok. It can get a little bit annoying, but still gets my approval.

It sounds like you are bad. I'm also a mage, and I'm almost always top for both damage and Victory Points in Temple (no doubt contributing to my 90% win ratio in this bg). If you play it right, you can make quite an impact.

I like them both. They both get you into combat fairly quickly, and the objectives promote players attacking each other, rather than objectives taht don't necessarily promote PVP right away.

C'mon, what's not to like about Temple?

    1. Grab balls
    2. ?????
    3. Profit
    4. Win!

Yeah, I can grab the ball and run around globaling people. I can easily top damage, heck I've done it several times even without picking up balls/orbs whatsoever. From my experience it's just a zergfest favoring either side, I've yet to see a tough Kotmogu BG outside of RBGs(It's even more disgusting in RBGs). Either your team dominates or the other way around, there doesn't seem to be this 'middle ground'.

Edit: Checked my armory page, 100% WLR in Kotmogu atm. So, what now?
