The 5450/6450 are are not sufficient to play with decent settings above very low resolutions. You aren't going to find an entire computer for gaming that cheap, as a decent GPU will already be £100+. What resolution do you play at, and what hardware do you have now that you could reuse in an upgrade?

Both of the computers listed are terrible to be honest. 1st one is an OLD athlon x2, 2nd one is a SINGLE CORE cpu.. Get a quad core atleast, or a good i3. Neither will run wow, atleast not enjoyably. I played WoW in 2005 on a Single core AMD, was awful back then even. Save the money and you will be A LOT more happy, promise. Good and 220 pounds don't go together..

    Nividia 9700 isn't going to cut it either. Need atleast a 7770/GTX 650 +

None of those, like I said, save the money and get a real gaming machine. None of these will run games.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dual-Xeon-...item3a6bc8cacb The hardware isn't even made to handle games, its made for CAD work.. Ebay is a bad place to buy things like this.

Those are all terrible for gaming, as is the video card you propose putting into them. None of it would play WoW acceptably. That budget is hardly enough for a CPU/MoBo Combo, much less a Video Card that is capable. Sorry.

    2) No way to tell what the actual GPU is, the CPU is from 5 years ago, it is not great.
    3) The CPU is somewhat weak but the GPU is good, but there is no way the auction will end that cheap. The GPU itself is over £150.

I'm sorry, but none of those are going to get you even acceptable performance in most games, even for WoW. If you were shopping for an HTPC, then I'd say they're alright. But you're not, and they're not. Save up a couple hundred more pounds and you'll be much happier in the end.

What are you on right now? I'm sure it can't be half as bad as a lot of those computers you linked.

    1) Integrated graphics, won't play games.
    2) GPU too weak for games
    3) Integrated graphics, won't play games.
    4) GPU and CPU are weak, might work with all settings on low.

You aren't going to pay less than ~350 if you want to turn settings up any. That is already cutting many corners.

Dual core, 3ghz, 3GB ramu (supposed to be 6) but I can only have 32bit windows and 512 graphic card nfividia gfroce 9700

You'll get the same (or even better considering some of those you linked) performance with your current build than almost any of those builds you linked. Glad you decided to save, because I'm sure you'd be disappointed going from bad to bad, or even worse.
