As the title says, what scared the empress so much to become corrupted by the Sha of Fear.

Err not exactly a hard question, From all the klaxxi she was gripped with all out paranoia / Wanting to eradicate every single thing because they would ''conquer'' her people example within the phase of the empress the sha goes

I think it might be the Sha of Fear itself? The Sha corrupt others remember?

Most likely the Sha of Fear is what terrified the Empress. After all, we have nothing to fear, except....

The way I think of it is a Sha just forces the emotions on you. Normally the character would be fine. ❤

It's sort of like how when the Sha of Anger spawns, all of the mobs near it become enraged. Just being near a Sha is enough to affect things. The Sha of Fear was inside the Heart of Fear with the Empress, inside her chambers, until she died, so it's likely that his very presence is what terrified her.

This is pretty much correct as the lore states. Those who can control their emotions can suppress the Sha, however even Taran Zhu couldn't do this when his hatred welled up seeing us bring our war to his domain.

It works like this , there as to be a pre-existing negative feeling. The adds that get the buff around sha of anger are probably already mad about something.

The thing that probably drew the sha of fear to the empress was maybe her time of queen coming to a end or maybe she was afraid of her ppl coming to a end...idk.

They DID drastically change the Sha of Fear's appearance from the Other Sha.

I mean..look at it.

From a non super detailed look, it looks as though those two huge..spikey things across its face are its messed up face.

Wasn't until later on I realized its eyes and mouth were under it.

Regardless, it's actually creepy.
