[WW] Fists of Fury and Soft Haste Cap - Fixed?

Now before using over 6081 haste i was losing a tick, getting only 3 ticks of Fists. At yesterdays raid, i was getting 4 ticks, with 6300 haste.
We did have arogue present, so i wasn't lacking any haste buffs either.
I actually dragged one of our rogues to target dummies after the raid and could clearly note getting 4 ticks of fists of fury per use, even with the 6300 haste.

Can anyone else confirm this or am i just seeing things?

Should be getting 5, not 4 or 3. Also just went to the PTR and I'm getting 5 ticks constantly with over 7k haste.

Well before i was getting 3 ticks with over the soft cap, now it's 4, so i'm not really sure how it's behaving at the moment.

If it's working on the PTR though then it's all good.

Just copied my own Monk to PTR and I'm getting 5 ticks on the dummy. On live same char/gear I get 4 ticks constantly. Just did a quick 10 FoF test on the dummies, Skada shows this results I could do a /combatlog if you want too.
