[Cat] Hurricane question

currently my guild is at the windlord, where we start with aoeing the adds

for this i start as normal with bezerk / trash / swipe,
when bezerk runs out,

i switch to spellpower weapon, use agi pot, use HotW
and spam hurricane.

now i was wondering, how to improve this?
like what weapon enchant should i put on my spellpower weapon?
the +1650 int enchants is good but verry expansive,
also i dontk now if enquiping a wepaon with the +1650 int enchant will incur an hidden cooldown,
also a +1650 agi proc would be better but i dont think dancing steal procs on hurricanes,
and ofcourse dancingsteal is also expansive

i could use windsong, a crit / haste proc is nice but a mastery proc us useless
so for now i got the +3000 elemtal dmg proc enchant.

secondly i was wondering what is the best use of hurricane?
I replace the current hurricane when there is liike 1-2 seconds left
but does this cause me to loose ticks or gain ticks?

You want a casterweapon with haste/crit and the windsong enchant is really good. If you hurricane at Windlord you will have every proc up instantly and it helps me alot, I'm peaking at about 415k dps with Hurricane crits of 110k~. It doesn't really matter when you refresh Hurricane, just refresh it in the last 2seconds or after the last tick.

I tend to start out with prepot, SR, thrash once to proc trinkets, possibly dancing steel, then use HotW, and hurricane. I refresh it as the last tick hits, and after, thrash, swipe, TF, pop berserk, and swipe spam, while refreshing thrash, until all the adds are dead, and keeping rake up on the target I'm on (typically I'm on the menders for interrupts)

Is it worth using HotW again in the second phase and spamming wrath assuming boss lives that long? It's not a talent I have much experience with, also how is the Inscribed Serpent Staff with Windsong for this?

generely no rath spamming on single target is not worth it unless your spellpower weapon is better then your agi melee weapon
