I want the High Warlord Daggers for transmog, but all of the items are locked, how do i unlock them? There is no rep needed or anything, just gold.

You would have to have the old title from vanilla pvp so kinda impossible i think, unless u got a delorean.

The items on that vendor ARE the replica's, I don't think any of the old pvp stuff is transmogable. You need to have the Feat of Strength for the rank Legionnaire/Knight-Captain or higher under the old PvP system, if you don't, then it's not possible.
