Editing Boss Frames

Hello, I hope I can get some help on finding how ElvUI and such modify boss frames. I use Pitbull for my unit frames but there doesn't seem to be an option to edit the boss frames, the one that appears on the right side that shows the health on additional important boss/adds/mobs in a boss encounter. Here's quick example, not my video, but it just started bothering me again after seeing it that I've been wanting to find some way to modify the way mine looks lol, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWHQ6eNfpz4 (on the right side, The Kor'thik, The Zar'thik, etc.). Pitbull doesn't support boss frames. I would suggest Stuf unit frames or Shadowed Unit frames as they can. I used Pitbull back in wrath and switched to Stuf unit frames cause of this and find it so much better with more ways to customize Stuf more.

Now I believe there are some workaround ways to add boss frames to Pitbull but tbh they seem somewhat janky and prefer to use something that actually supports boss frames out the box.
