The issue there is that porn can present a very unrealistic set of expectations about sex, and that can have a lot of negative ramifications.

Porn addiction is an actual thing. Something you can look up and your mind gets wired to thinking a certain way. It activates certain parts of the brain, and it can make actual sex with a woman more difficult (can have difficulty in getting/maintaining an erection).

In essence, Porn, like almost anything else, in high excess can be bad for you.

From a biological standpoint, men aren't supposed to remain virgins until "marriage". There is no marriage from a biological view. Men are evolutionary designed to have sex as much as possible, whereas women get pregnant and cannot. Remaining a virgin makes no sense in terms of science, so in my opinion its weird to remain one willfully. There is a big difference between having a choice in being a virgin... if you're a guy who tries to lose your virginity but have been unsuccessful, that would be more accepted because you're trying to fulfill your duties as a man & do what you're designed to do.

Terrible evolutionary psychology that ignores the fact that men and women have both come to prefer having a stable relationship with a readily available sex partner (plus someone on the side, secretly) over "as many as possible". There's an emotional factor involved that breeding strategy leaves out.
