Ehm.. I can't remember the names of the spells but the keg throw ability to pull/get the debuff on mobs. Use the AoE keg damage spell to get decent threat on mobs around you and to debuff them up (it's also an additional chi gain which should usually be coupled with Breath of Fire). Use Breath of Fire to ignite them up (NPC's with the debuff) and get good damage + a DoT. Use Blackout kick as filler and if you need extra stagger, and it also does better single target damage than Breath of Fire (if there's no drunken debuff).

I can't remember much else.

Oh, and use Jab to generate Chi, obviously. It becomes a ton more useful/easier to tank after you pick up http://www.wowhead.com/spell=121817 (level 45 talent).

Oh, if you have more than 3 mobs up, swap out Jab for Spinning Crane Kick. Hell, you can just spam that on multi-mob packs, and keep up Guard (and also Zen Sphere, if specced for it). But if you have the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=123394 glyph, it'll also make damage reduction that much easier.
