Can you post your spreadsheet please, as I'm a little surprised you've got Rejuv returning a 318 difference when it has a total coefficient of 78.4%, which means that you're adding 405 spellpower even if we ignore harmony.

    Quick math time.

500 Int -> 606 Spellpower (Leather bonus, MotW, Spellpower raid buff. Ignored HotW because we can't assume people take it).

    Account for coefficient
    606 * 0.784 = 475 healing

    Add in Harmony
    475 * 1.25 = 594 healing.

    500 mastery (assuming 20,000 Int = 24255 SP + 6206 * 1.1 from weapon = )
    (4234*2) + 0.784 * 24255 = 8468 + 24368 = 32836

    25% Harmony
    32836 * 1.25 = 41045

    26.04% Harmony (with +500 mastery)
    32836 * 1.2604 = 41386

    Difference: 286

    Ratio Mastery/Int = 341/594

If we take the stat values into account: 682/594 = 1.15

Reversing that, for Int = 2 Mastery, Rejuv needs to heal for 28337.

4234+39.2% per heal (which it's technically 6 heals, 1 initial + 5 ticks with appropriate haste breakpoint).

But just using the per heal value since both would benefit equally from having 6 heals vs. 1. You'd have to multiply int's difference by 6 and Mastery's difference by 6, changing nothing effectively.

Bink, I was doing the per-tick calculation (as Braindwen explains).

I did some research and some very quick paper napkin math (posted below), and now I'm not so certain that Jade Spirit is better. If anyone has logs with Windsong, can you post and/or PM me them. More than one log (from a Resto Druid perspective) would be greatly appreciated. For now, take the below figures with a grain of salt before they're confirmed.

Jade Spirit = Increases Intellect by 1,650, and if proc'd when you have less than 25% mana, increases spirit by 750. Reported ICD: 45 seconds. Duration: 12 seconds. Reported proc chance: 10%. Expected uptime: 20-26.6%. Average Int: 330-440.

Windsong = Increases either Crit/Haste/Mastery by 1500. Reported ICD: 1 second. Duration 12 seconds. Reported proc chance: (unconfirmed). Reported uptime: 40-50% per buff. Average Crit/Haste/Mastery: 600-750 each = 1800-2250 total average stat gains; since the added haste is marginally useful, it's more like 1200-1500 average stat gains. Assuming Crit is worth 80% of what Mastery is worth, it's an average gain of 1080-1350 "mastery".

Jade Spirit consistently has an uptime of 35-40% for encounters with no downtime.
I blog about Resto Druid stuff at WTS Heals.

The wowhead info on Jade Spirit must be outdated. They were reporting a 45 second ICD. I looked at some logs just now and you're right about that uptime.

So with that uptime taken into account. Jade spirit is worth ~660 Int on average. But if the info I posted about Windsong is true, then there's a possibility that Jade Spirit isn't better. I'd still like to see a log on that.

P.S. The info I have on Windsong may be outdated too. I didn't realize Blizzard had moved to a RPPM (Real Procs Per Minute) mechanic for Windsong and Jade Spirit. I assume the information I posted earlier on Windsong was pre-RPPM. If that's the case, then Jade Spirit is indeed better. Sorry if I've mislead anyone.

Did some fairly decent healing tonite on our farm at 6.6k haste cap with SOTF.. yes i know i should drop teh extra haste for mastery, but we was meant to go imperial with tree form!... but Im pretty convinced now that going for 5.7k haste > mastery and using SOTF > treeform and HOTW>natures vigil is my best spec, and defo 1 id recommend

    1 Deathruler Feng the Accursed 10H 87111
    2 Deathruler Gara'jal the Spiritbinder 10H 84126
    9 Deathruler Tsulong 10N 137309
    10 Deathruler Lei Shi 10N 60671
