Now we have a titan, maybe Ra-Den (90%), and i see 1 thing.

Look carefully, items and the golems have blood, but blood of what? Blood of the titan. Look the wounds of the titan, blood, titan blood. If i was a mogu and i would need blood for experiments and magic, what type of blood i would take? "pandaren? yaungol? mantid? nah, worthless, my blood? mmm maybe but i dont want. Ah!! i know, i need the blood of a powerful creature that i can dominate. But where? WHERE?!!! oh a lonely titan, lets do it!!"

So, now maybe we know why the mogus have prisioned this titan. What do you thing?

Sounds like you are right, and that Titan Blood is the Mogu's secret flesh-shaping ingredient.

Ah I was just making a side by side comparison picture for this.

Yeah I think they were definitely leeching Ra-den of his blood and experimenting with it.
The Dark Animus boss' updated dungeon journal description claims "... the ornate construct observes its duty, empowered by the mysterious substance at the heart of all mogu flesh-shaping experiments". With the reveal of Ra-den and his wounds it seems pretty much confirmed that its his blood.

Different/ lack of texture, but I wonder if this place is some blood handling and experimenting area.

Nothing new, Orcs used the blood of fallen Night Elves in Ashenvale to poison the Forest Heart. Albeit at the command of a Demon, but still.

That's indeed an interesting thought. Perhaps Lei Shen did something similar to Shaohao, and enslaved the Sha instead of imprisoning it, keeping his people safe from the Sha's effects.

The reason why the mogu seem largely immune to the Saa and even capable of manipulating it is something I very much want an explanation for...

the sha are a side effect of the titans killing ya'shaarj. when old gods die they leave a curse on the land and when all of them die the planet they are attached to die
