You can just replace the eel with a mincepie if you're a little girl.

I went fishing for crabs once. We spent a day at the harbour and went to the hotel with a whole basket of these. I took one, broke it open and was about to do just that.

Then my arms turned dark red and dotted up with pinks rashes and I never ever touch crabs ever again.

    Snow Crabs are great.

Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabs are godlike. And for 55$ you can generally get a whole bushel.

To start acquiring good weight, you're going to need a little fat in your diet. I'm not sure what your goals are, whether it be more muscle mass, at the healthy level on your BMI, or some other semi-athletic weight.

If coffee and cigarettes are your breakfast (not saying it is), you got to make that change!

From old experienced legends of the barbell - complex Carbs are your friend.
i hate coffee and have never smoked a cigarette in my life. my goal is to merely hit and maintain the healthy BMI for my age and height(25 almost 26yrs 5'8").(not sure what it is. haven't looked at a bmi index in awhile)most i ever got up to was 115lbs.

One of the advantages of being pure of body (and mind!!) is that I don't have crabs. I think.

usually i get up eat breakfast and then 8 hrs later eat supper. breakfast is usually one of these cereal/poptarts/oatmeal. supper is usually one of these fish/seafood/buffalo wings/chicken legs/a bunch of snack food/frozen pasta meal/steak/tater tot casserole(one of my favs)/indian food/popcorn if im not hungry or one of many other foods i feel like eating....it depends on whatever im feeling like eating that day. i usually end up skipping lunch. i may or may not follow up with a additional snack food 3-4 hours later. usually some sort of popcorn/nuts/chips and cheese dip/ice cream.

Yeah, or maybe they come from south of the Rhine and can tell the difference between actual food and the sole of their shoes.

That seems very early for dinner. You could try eating later into the night. That way your body fattens up more from the food. And if it makes you hungrier you'll eat more, win win.
