carbs and proteins lots of it, also have little regard for what you stuff yourself with and you will a big ball o' lard like me in no time ( okay im shit talking about myself here) but loads of carbs and proteins will fatten you up and help build up muscle-mass, and since muscles are heavier than fat it will still increase your weight gain even if you remain healthy.
So I can tell you one thing you don't want to drink ... This Vita Coco water with tropical fruit. Shit's nasty.
So what this mean?...body mass index of 15.9, which is below the 5th percentile, and would indicate that your child is underweight. Your child's ideal body weight would be at a BMI at the 5th percentile or above, and so would be at least 94 pounds. That doesn't necessarily mean that your child has to gain 10 pounds.
Rudimentary creatures of blood and flesh. You touch my mind, fumbling in ignorance, incapable of understanding.
You exist because we allow it, and you will end because we demand it.

Mass Effect
Did you ask?
I remember, back in the days when there wasn't so much mambo jambo put behind everything.
The rule of thumb was, ideal body weight is Height in Centimeters minus 100 = Result in Kilogram, and you are within the right range.
Example... 180cm tall minus 100 = 80. If u had 80kg body weight you were pretty much on the money.
Today they put more thoughts into it.. Dunno if it's better or not. Not an expert.

Health authorities worldwide mostly agree that:
People with a BMI of less than 18.5 are underweight.
A BMI of between 18.5 and 25 is ideal.
Somebody with a BMI between 25 and 30 is classed as overweight.
A person with a BMI over 30 is obese.
In some countries health authorities say the lower limit for BMI is 20, anything below it is underweight.

BMI is just supposed to be a rudimentary estimate of Body Fat %, however its equation is significantly flawed so it's much better to use a Body Fat % calculator that takes into account waist, wrist, neck, etc. sizes.
Mostly because BMI thinks I'm overweight (barely) but body fat % have me at 13% and I'm a size 30. That's the only reason I nag on BMI.
Maybe dont eat non healthy food, just eat more ? If you eat 3 portions of pasta instead of 1, that could help :P
Oh and if you dont get more into your stomach, drink many many many of water.
You stretch it and more fits in and of course, the brain does not signal you "I'm full" that early.
good luck
