Switching between Heroic and Normal

I know this had to have been discussed at some point.
Unfortunately no matter what search criteria I use, I can't seem to find a definitive answer

Q: Once you've cleared MV, Can you turn on heroic mode on/off for each individual boss?
Or once you kill a single boss in Normal or Heroic, your locked in to that Mode for the rest of the week?

For example: Could my raid team do the following in one week.
N-Dogs, H-Feng, N-Spiritbinder, N-kings, H-Elegon, N-Will

I know you use to be able to do this for DS. Is it the same for MOP?

You can toggle it on and off for which ever boss you like. The only Rule is that the End Bosses Req all the previous bosses to be killed on Heroic that reset
