I would really like to find out the actual order from best to least for an alliance arcane mage, purely for PvE dps numbers.Can someone who knows/has done the maths tell me the definitive order? With and without a 1H Sword/Dagger for Gnome

Panda > Space Goat > Worgen > Gnome > Everything else(Without using the shortblade passive)
300 int > 1% hit > 1% crit > extra mana
Panda > Space Goat=Gnome(gnome slightly ahead) > Worgen > Everything else(With using the shortblade passive)
