    Fel fury??

anyone read on the new strings the word fel fury?, it may be a new thing for demo O:?

Didn't see that at first. Very interesting. Maybe for Demo locks that have done the Green Fire chain ?

Or maybe something simple as an NPC (in the chain or in the raid) will use Fel Fury as a power type. Who knows. Good catch, tho.

Half of them are boss abilities and the other half sound like placeholders.

    Grasping Tendrils
    World in Flames
Inferno (inferno icon used by something else, that, and inferno is already green)
    Burnout
    Molten Blood
Volatile Fire (presumably an unused loot icon)

All the rest are boss abilities, and the remaining ones don't sound like they could be new abilities.

The Infernal may be the Abyssal (upgraded infernal is orange currently)

Grasping Tendrils is the icon used for Burning Rush. World in Flames is the icon for Fire and Brimstone Incinerates. Burnout is normal Incinerate.

They're all just the name of the icons used for Warlock spells.

Burning rush icon is labelled as Seal Armor Breach, not sure what the grasping tendrils icon is used for with locks

It has two different icons, when it's deactivated it's the Grasping Tendrils icon, when activated it's the Seal Armor Breach icon.

Or vica versa, but it definitely uses the both of them.

Just gonna try and link icons to spells:

    Summon Abyssal
    Burning Rush
    Burning Rush
    Fire and Brimstone Immolate
Inferno, i'm not sure if the icon for the current inferno spell is green
    Conflagrate
    Mastery: Emberstorm
    Backlash
    Fire and Brimstone Incinerate
    Fire and Brimstone Conflagrate
    Imp Cuaterize master

OP never talked about these icons (some of them are rather ugly by the way)

The string is mysterious indeed, the simplest explanation would be that it is the name for Demonic Fury after you get the "green fire".

I always like seeing these icons, as I am always surprised by what they actually are, or how detailed they are.

For example, the one that Nyxxi has marked as Fire & Brimstone, I always thought was just a big mess of fire, not balls of fire coming down from a Volcano.

Regarding the green fire icon discussion, I figured I'd go ahead and do a full list here... Some of these various threads could really use a merger.

    Summon Abyssal

    Burning Rush (activated)

    Burning Rush (deactivated)

    Immolate (Fire and Brimstone)

    Backdraft (proc buff)

    Burning Embers

    Fire and Brimstone

    Metamorphosis: Immolation Aura

    Molten Core

    Incinerate

    Conflagrate

    Soul Fire

    Mastery: Emberstorm

    Backlash

    Incinerate (Fire and Brimstone)

    Conflagrate (Fire and Brimstone)

    Imp: Cauterize Master (Imp ability)

I think you'll find that "Fel Fury" is just a green version of Demonology's fury bar.

I wonder why Summon Abyssal would get a green icon though, it's not like turning the abyssal green would really work... unless they intend for the Codex of Xerrath to turn our Abyssal into Supremus from the Black Temple.

I'd hope they changed the warlocks Mana into something to do with Fel, as it currently regenerates way too fast to just be mana.

Wait..wait, is that Green Meta a datamined model or fanmade one? I hope that my Meta won't get destroyed like this, cause I only want to get rid of simplistic orange fire, not spoil the dark purple feeling.
