Wrists are genetic really, hardly matters how much you workout they stay about the same size, all that is there is sinew and connective tissue and bones, no muscle

I have small wrists as well, generally thin bones, although my bones are REALLY strong somehow

Yea I'm gonna join in on the hijacking of this thread and say that I actually didn't know people existed who didn't like South Park. It's fucking legendary and if you can't see that, you must have no sense of humor at all.
