Arms Berserker Rage usage (PVE)

I'm wondering how I should be using Berserker Rage as Arms in PVE.

Should I be using it on cooldown whenever there isn't an Enrage buff present or should I use it on cooldown regardless of current Enrage buffs so it lines up in order to make sure I always have an Enrage up during Bloodbath?

Also in the cases where I have an empty GCD does rebuffing shout for the 20 rage or using Heroic Throw have a higher priority?

I'm assuming that the prio between heroic throw and shout is like with Fury. If CS is up in a few seconds and you're ragestarved, shout. If not ragestarved, throw, 'cause free damage > excessive rage.

Shout>throw. 2/3rds of a slam (which is 195% ish wep damage) > 50% weapon damage. B.Rage should be used when not enraged, preferably after a MS and before a CS->OP combo.

make sure your bloodbath is always buffed to the max ! keep it for BB imo and rotate accordingly
