lets say Pidove it learns detect at 22 but evolves into tranquill at 21, tranquill doesnt learn detect till 23.

I was never really interested in that game, but that's really bad for them, but in all honesty, when it grew into something this big and "fan-official", they should have taken care of it with Hasbro. It's not done and dead YET, they could reach Hasbro about it. Originally Posted by Blue Thunder
