The biggest problem with Vizier is convincing people not to run into attenuation discs.
"OMG guys I think the pattern is different this weeK! I better stop dodging them!"

We killed Lei Shi on Monday night and killed Vizier last night on our 24th pull. We found the fight to be pretty simple with some rng that you just have to overcome.
NOW to Amber Shaper or Protectors THAT is the question.
Vizier is easy if your raid team learn the Attenuation.
Watch this video. It got us our kill. I know it's very long but the end phase part of the video is how we got our kill.

It really depends on the people you bring, in fact both of those fights will test the competence of your raiders:
While on Ambershaper constant vigilance is needed and one single error can wipe the floor with your Protectors is not less annoying: on the first people need to know what to do in the construct, while on Protectors perfect add handling and interrupt is highly advised, as without that you would have a bad time. We killed Ambershaper first ( before Lei and Prot that is) but it is a bit controlled by a randomfactor: for the firstk ill if you can do that bring the most skilled people, who will not panic when they are suddenly transformed and you should rock on. If you want to go Protectors first the obvious kill order is the following: Kaolan, Regail and then Asani, but you prolly know that already, but be prepeared that you will need good interrupts on Asani throughout the entire fight, cause his waterbolts are crucial. One more thing: Protectors can bug with the Lightning Prison: as it shouldn't ever target 2 healers if you happen to have a Monk as a second healer be alert, that it is possible that they put that and the other healer in stun, stunning them and causing a wipe if you dont act quickly.
Heroic-Elite Protectors is actually extremely easy (much easier than standard Heroic Protectors) if you have solid healers, so that's what I'd recommend. If you aren't confident in your healers, go with Imperial Vizier. Vizier isn't healing intensive if your raid is smart. If both your raid and your healers aren't good, pick one and bang your face into it until it dies.
Always do the minimum required to achieve the maximum possible result.
