Creepy as it might be, outside of cakes, I've mostly been eating the few dozens of food sold by the cannibal near the shores of Darkmoon Faire to restore HP.
But I'm wondering if anyone else does the same? It's just so funny to do this.

Never. It seems funny, but why go out of your way to buy food that provides no bonus?
Now, if the food was looted from dead bodies...
