Maybe. It's a very specific card that will only truly benefit people looking to play games and do CUDA-based computing. It might find a spot in the higher end builds, but I'm doubtful towards it replacing the dual GTX 690 in the top build. Will have to wait for benchmarks to see how 3-way SLI Titans compare to 4-way SLI GTX 690s to make that judgement. I do think the GTX 680 or perhaps even the GTX 670 with a proper PCB stand tall in SLI configuration compared to a Titan. Benchmarks will show if I'm right.

At $1000 it isn't easy to justify its place in any build as they are after all gaming (and price/performance) focused.

That thing is way too big for a ITX build. Silverstone Sugo is where it is at.

    Hey it works.

Not saying Marest should suggest that case - but you can tell. The thing is fucking TINY and it works!

Still in stock and they're still one of the best and most reliable SSD's on the market.

It is cheaper than the Samsung 840 Pro and it is better than Samsung 840, so I still think it has a place on the market.

So long as you can find one in stock. Alternative is the Crucial M4.

bad comparison. the 2500k and 3570k are the same price. The Samsung 830 and 840 pro are not.

And for a long time, it was perfectly normal to buy the 2500k over the 3570k due to a very noticeable bump in price between them. Heck, there is still a decent argument for budget builds to grab the 2500k over the 3570k, entirely depending on location and store.

    ---------- Post added 2013-02-22 at 08:47 PM ----------

Example: In Norway's komplett.no webstore the 3570k costs around 10% more than the 2500k. Not much (around 25 bucks), but could be vital for a strict budget.

Yeah, in this case it seemms they've either stopped ordering or they've stopped producing, or there are far more people buying the 2500k than I thought.
