@Rasmo don't know if it's a matter of your personal preference/situation, but I'd take Death Pact in most fights over conversion, atleast atm, rolling blood synergy with bb/dnd procs (dunno the name, the red shit on the screen) is in the most cases > blight, runic talents are imho personal preference and depend on the situation, so I wouldnt say anything in particular against RE, same with AoE Stun.
Character looks pretty fine, for me, but I don't know a lot about tanks, atleast in the current state of the game, as far as I can tell I'd give you 8/10. Also grats for defeating garalon

I will swap for rolling blood, and i usually go for death pact but i just tried with conversion on windlord HC.
Considering the aoe stunn i usually swap between that and gorefinds grasp, if the fights need it.

I like the way you gemmed and your enchants. Solid setup for a tank. Where do you put your HP limit? I feel comfortable around 550k. 9/10, one point alone for using Armaggedon transmog. Pure Awesome!
