The original plan was the last week of February (the 26th for U.S.). But many people were upset over the sudden release date, thus a blue responded with saying, "if you dumped all your valor; you'll be able to cap again before 5.2" (not an actual quote - but that is what I remember hearing). Which brought the release date to the 12th or 19th, or even later.

So - to be sure I don't screw up my last few items I can upgrade with valor... just want to be sure if this sounds correct:

Feb. 26th is no longer the release date.

The 5th is likely

And anything after that is fair game.

HotS releases then and I would be VERY impressed if Blizzard manages to keep bnet stable with 2 major releases at the same time for them.

Kosiack is rarely right :P He's too busy being rich to know whats going on. Nah, I just think Kosaick spoke without knowing the reality of the situation. I would say the 5th or the week after at the latest.
