I think people posting pictures on public forums, male or female - doesn't matter, have to be prepared for consequences. There are many ways to deal with unpleasant stuff like that, starting from simple ban/ignore/block going to something more elaborate if you so desire, last time a guy sent me a pic of his manparts, actually with the same note, asking if I wanted some (wonder if it was the same person), I sent him back a picture of a plate, knife and fork and this video.
