I don't see why it would matter. None of the other games have a title for its gamers.

gamer or nerd, thats about it.

nerd is probably more appropriate for someone who plays card games like MTG. not many people call me a gamer when i tell them i play magic, they just call me a nerd, which is fine because i am

Is that a gamer that works in the fashion industry?

    Aye

*every time you play against Diabeetus he mails you a pic of him wearing a trendy trenchoat w/some shades so even if he loses he's more stylish*

No lifes if you're a high level and a noob if your low!

Mmm, if you wanted to come up with something other than a nerd, maybe 'Hearthy'? I'm sure it'll get shorted to HSer or something, or maybe Hearther? That sounds kind of odd. I don't think stoner or anything longer would catch on.

I would like if "Summoner" was the case, like "Planeswalker" in MtG. But, this being WoW, I can see it being "Hearthling" to add the SC reference and general light-heartedness of the community.

Too generic of a word. "I'm a summoner". Um, ok, what game is that?
