Dear god i hate the battle frontier.
Racking up points on my soul silver for the Power Items, get up to fighting Argenta in the Battle Hall and heres how it went:
Bitch pulls out a Regi-fucking-gigas
My Starmie uses Surf, brings it to yellow HP.
Bitch uses Confuse Ray.
Use Surf again - It hurt itself in its confusion!
Regigigas uses Dizzy Punch - does like 15% of my HP.
Use Surf again - It hurt itself in its confusion!
Regigigas uses Dizzy Punch - Its a Critical Hit!
Use Surf again - It hurt itself in its confusion!
Starmie fainted.

Although after just catching a shiny Ponyta im feeling a little better.
