Anyone else thinking resto (10m) is quite broken?

Those buffs went live a few weeks ago. And as you probably don't know, Tooltip changes need a Client side patch.

From what I read the buffs from a few weeks ago just gave the 3 healing spells a 20% increase to healing. These notes also say that we get an increase to sp scaling. So that sounds like a small buff even if the 20% increase is just a tooltip fix.

% healinng and dps buffs or nerfs are for years now to both base amount and scalling.
