Anyway, my version of those movies and tv shows would have both a male and a female version. Also, all the characters would have their original game voices and would look the same. The voice actors would act as the characters, but their faces would be CGI altered to look like they do in the games.

Oh, I have it completely thought out: Each Mass Effect game would get two movies to tell its main story. Those parts would be similar to the final Harry Potter or Twiligth movies. A tv show airing in between the releases of the movies would serve as a means to see all the secondary storylines. The year would start with 10 episodes of the tv show. A few months after the mid-season finale, the first part of the movie would air. A while after that, the last 10 episodes air. Finale, somewhere near the end of the year, the second part of the movie is released.

Wait what if the Quarians look like the Geth they made? Maybe the Quarians have that lightbulb heads too but only organic and not synthetic? Oh man that would be hilarious.

That´s why the Quarians wear helmets with obscure visors after they lost to the geth so that the other races don´t mistake them with the geth and start to attack them.

I mean wouldn't you be confused if a Quarian without suit shows up and looks exactly like the Geth?

I played Shepard as if I was Shepard since i was allowed to make the choices :P So hence Shepard is male for me.

Mine is that Male Shepard was acted brilliantly. I let these silly fools believe that Fem Shepard was superior. But in secret I gloat over their foolishness!
