Because he is undead !! Buhahahaha
Error !! Alleria here not Sylvanas.
Turalyon is missing because ... He is damn lost in the planet where there are fu*king lot of Demons and Orcs with his loved Alleria and small group of Alliance members.
How do you know she hasnt fucked with some pretty blonde/flame hair elf when she was still High Elf?
War is deception, a game played best from the shadows!
No, they didn't....they named an outpost after Alleria and Turalyon/Alleria have a child in Hellfire.
They just didn't put any effort into doing anything with Alliance heroes they said would be really cool for us to meet up with again. Two were quest givers, that was it.

yes, they can!

Skor'zad nervously peered around the corner of the column. As he has planned, he saw her floating there, alone in her chamber. Had he made the right decision, visiting the banshee's private chamber so late at night? The necromancers would surely put him back into the ground if he was discovered. What's worse, he didn't even know if his feelings were requited, and Madame Sidnari was known for her short temper.
What few doubts the zombie had were quickly tossed aside once he caught a full glimpse of her beauty. Her distinctly elven features - a reminder of her form in a past life - were now only enhanced by the oozing wounds and scabs that dotted her face. Purple, almost translucent skin was frugally covered by necrotic wrappings that hugged her waifish figure. Cold flesh neatly fused with the ephemeral as her legless torso sat upon a bluish sphere of energy, drifting a few inches above the cold granite floor. Skor'zad allowed himself to relax a bit and wiped the sweat and ichor that dripped alternatingly from his prominent brow.
Seemingly unaware of his presence, she glided to the only window in the room and looked out upon the battlefield. Desolation stretched out before her. Not six hours ago has the shrill cries of human children pierced the air, but now... only the sweet silence of death.
The wind caught her hair now, playfully flipping the worm-like tangles around her hollowed-out eye sockets. Skor'zad, suddenly aware that he was leaning forward with lust, shrank back behind the column, terrified that the Dark Wailer might have seen him. She had indeed seen him - but he had no reason to fear.
"Skor'zad," she said. "I've been waiting for you. You fought well today." The banshee glanced coyly over her rotting right shoulder, allowing her wrappings to loosen ever so slightly. "It's time you... collected your reward."
<The next few pages seem to be stuck together.>
porn book of the scourge. if the undead can fap (and leave the pages stuck together), I don't see why they wouldn't be able to do it lol

Warlorcs of Draenorc made me quit. You can't have my stuff.
Oh my God! I can not hear you! You lie! It can not be true ... Turalyon and Alleria must be alive!
OMFG ... Okay, I prefer that they are dead ... really dead ...
Oh no, you don't! Dead better than neutral! Please kill them! Quick, before Blizzard finds out them! Too late...
what if turalyon returns undead and alleria returns as a blood elf? I mean, there were fel energies everywhere in outlands and blizz said fel corruption is like radiation, so it's easy for a high elf to go green eyed in outlands, and it was the legion that created the undead. dreadlords have even been shown to have the power to raise people as undead in the plaguelands and stratholme.
this way they can join the horde!

I have this feeling, that they will appear in the new Burning Legion expansion as either Kil'jaeden's minions or as survivors who escaped the Twisting Nether as spirits or some other form of beings, assuming they were captured by Kil'jaeden when they were trying to stop Ner'zhul.
Chris Metzen actually said it in a Q&A before Mists of Pandaria that we will need Turalyon and Alleria for what's heading our way. Source

I. Like. To. Kill. Things.
For Pony!
I imagine they can, but it's not like anything's going to come out of it.
Unless we're talking about... pieces falling off mid hump. But even that isn't an issue.
If a Forsaken priest can survive falling 65 yards without crumbling, I'm sure she can endure the significantly smaller force of impact of someone between her thighs.
I think there's as good as a one in three shot that Alleria is Wretched by now if she lives. Trying to draw energy from one living being (as is speculated) continually and sparing him, or from artifacts of unknown origin, she'd be fairly at risk of having strained her addiction to the breaking point over so many years.
If she has lived, as people speculate, by drawing energy from her husband, it puts her firmly on the Sin'dorei side of the great schismatic lore issue of their race; no "high elf" is she, to draw power from the living (I brush aside the argument that it only counts if she kills something, because the risk is there or its not, living thing, unliving thing, and chancing her husband's well being to feed her addiction is arguably less ethical than destroying a manawyrm out right).
Would also be unsurprised to see them show up as a boss fight in whatever eventual Kil'Jaeden/Sargeras raid Blizzard gives, as either mind-controlled slave/play thing being punished for having been a general pain in the ass, or as genuinely corrupted enemies.
Assuming that they both turn up perfectly fine in Azeroth, then I'm not sure what would happen. Still don't think it involves them just strolling up to Varian and saying "how can we help?" So Alleria hates orcs... as one might, when a host of Burning Legion corrupted Orcs laid waste to her homeland, almost as severely as the Burning Legion (by proxy) corrupted human did while she was absent.
