Capacitive Diamond for frost DK

I just got the legendary meta gem on my frost dk (DW) and I am really not sure if I am better to keep my present meta gem (Reverberating Primal Diamond). Which one should I keep?

From what our unholy dk has told me it actually procs a little better for him due to his haste so to answer your questions: yes the legendary meta is also amazing for unholy.

It's amazing and far better than the normal meta for 2h frost,dw frost and unholy.Its not even close.
