sadly i think not because there will always be they guy who doesnt like seeing people happy, so he has to ruin it. even if the world was being attacked by aliens/demon there would still be people who take advantage of the situation to steal and kill because there is no law.

At this point it would be survival of the fittest.

Once we figure out a way to remove all social, economic and educational differences in the world and reach a point where everyone has the same or no religion, the just maybe.

Only in nature when carrying capacity is exceeded. Eventually, technology and evolution of social systems will trump that

It's very hard, but not impossible. We'd need a massive shift in society values, to see our whole society as an extended arm of yourself. Or, we could possibly turn to genetic engineering to slowly erode away aggression, fear and the like.
