If you'd like an item list for it - It's Full CM set with T15hc helm and boots, Lorewalkers tabard and 2 x Scimitar of Seven Stars (amber-shaper hc).

Stumbled across this set while thinking of finding a new mog for my monk, found an awesome cape to match as well! Recommendations for a weapon would be awesome

Thats the basic set. However the set doesn't have a head, belt, and i added (imo) the best cloak that matches

Head: Whisperwind Headdress
Belt: Crafted Dreadful Gladiator's Waistband of Cruelty
Back: Shattershore Cloak

The cloak is the biggest pain of all the piecies to get (really long quest chain that doesn't have a clear start point) However
