Does the Lich King have spies in pandaria?

So 5 am in the mourning and im just chilling out in the eternal vale on my alt and i can see a shade right next to where the goblins are strip mining in the summer fields.

There is nobody around and my alt doesnt have a haunted memento so why is there a shade just standing around watching

Ive seen a few of these around and i remember shades were the lich kings eyes and ears.

Maybe its a bug or is the lich king watching us knowing what we are up to in pandaria waiting

I actually saw one right next to the BMAH the other day, and didn't see anyone around either, but I just assumed they were on their flying mount way up in the sky and the trees blocked them out. <.<

Well I'm at what looks to be the spot in your screenshot but I don't see it. Maybe they appear and disappear at random times/places or something, Iunno.

Just because you can't see anyone right now, doesn't mean there isn't anyone around. Also, the memento shades can get stuck sometimes apparently.

Well if the shade isnt where i say it is on your server then your right its a bug if it is where i say it is then i was purposely put there
