Could Sylvanas conquer the Eastern Kingdoms?

Is it possible Sylvanas and the Forsaken would be successful in conquering the entire Eastern Kingdoms down the road?

Say a decade has passed since the events of Cata and Sylvanas has had time to build a massive Forsaken army with the aid of her Val'kyr's.
Deciding her Forsaken need more living space combined with her hatred for the Alliance she decide's it's time to launch an all out assault.
During this time she has also been able to obtain "ballistic plague missiles" or bombs with the aid of Goblin technology.
Her first move is to launch several of these plague missiles/bombs into the heart of Stormwind, which ends up killing thousands.
After this she sends her navy and air force to attack a severly weakened Stormwind.
Also everyone slaughtered by the Forsaken is then resurrected by the Val'kyr as a new recruit of Sylvanas's army.
Once Stormwind falls she uses the tram to penetrate Ironforge.

Also a possibly with the aid of her necromancer's she is able to add undead dragon's to her army from corpses in Northend or Blade's Edge Mountains, which would be perfect for dropping plague bombs.

Would the Alliance be able to recover from such a devastating attack and emerge victorious or would they be doomed as the Eastern Kingdom's fall under complete control by Sylvanas and her Forsaken?

She couldn't take Ironforge. The WC2 horde couldn't even take Ironforge.

    No.

Horde is half destroyed, so sylvanas don't really have strong enough ally

Probably not. They're surrounded by potential enemies. While they've completed their expansion a bit in Lordaeron, there's no way the Argent Crusade would just ignore further expansion. Also if she acted out of turn from the rest of the Horde, the Blood Elves could be enemies right on her doorstep. Sylvanas is in a tenuous situation hence why she was not too keen on Garrosh's aggressive actions, even if they could weaken her potential opponents.

The WC2 Horde didn't have the plague.

How long could Ironforge defend itself against constant "Plague bombing" ?

How exactly could you bomb iron forge? Also WC2 horde had full support of the Burning Legion. They would make the forsaken armies of today weep.

Would love a pissed off Forsaken army marching around killing the Eastern kingdoms, but this is WoW Blizzard wouldn't risk a cool storyline like that.

I honestly dont see how Forsaken on their own could even deal with dwarven siege engines. The Forsaken dont have any anti tank tech from what I have seen. Some shitty catapults seem to be about the extent of their artillery capabilities.

Good point, they could surround Ironforge though and starve it from receiving any supplies outside of the mountain, they would run out of food eventually.

Also Stormwind doesn't have the benefit of being inside a mountain and would be crippled by plague bombing.

at most the forsaken could take from the wetlands north theyd have to completely destroy anyway to go into the highlands though.

they couldnt starve out ironforge because of the deeprun tram.

This thread was listed on the front page but the title was truncated to "Could Sylvanas conquer the Easter"
I was expecting the next word to be bunny.

Theres a big giant gate at the front. Aim a bomb straight at that, the plague is bound to flow through.

Why would the Alliance and the Argent Crusade just sit around and watch her build a massive army for a decade? I've honestly never understood why people think Sylvannas is so powerful. I think she is an interesting character, but that doesn't make her a brilliant war leader. She was killed during her attempt to take Gilneas and only survives cause the Val'kyr paid for her mistake instead.

Eventually Tirion will take her head off and that will be the end of that.

Except they have this thing called deeprun tram that they could use to transport supplies from SW to IF so no it wouldnt be problem to be holed up in IF for a long time.

It's not about stopping Sylvanas from conquering the Eastern Kingdoms, it's about stopping Metzen from allowing her to conquer the Eastern Kingdoms.

    He probably won't.

Or you know. Pump it inside

As for the topic. No, she can't without support. Support that she will not receive.
"Terror, darkness, power? The Forsaken crave not these things; the Forsaken ARE these things."

Ironforge has the deep run tram to get supplies in.

Also, the forsaken can not raise dwarves as undead so their armies will diminish greatly when they try to push through dwarven lands. Hell, the forsaken couldn't even take Gilneas, no way they could take Ironforge.

What if she marches North? Ooohhhh.

    Silvermoon becomes Forsaken.

Theron has said that he was going to head to the Alliance. If that did happen, I can see Sylvanas raising an eyebrow and wanting her former home back.
