Yes of course, which is why the tank stacks are completely stupid.

Instead creating an enrage effect when the bosses are 20/30/40 or something like that yards away from eachother would been better as that would not encourage 10 mans to use 3 tanks.

They could have also made it a double edged one where if you tanke them closer togethere they take more dmg as well and really toss a monkey wrench in the fight :P

However last ngiht I had fun runing in and out of rooms with gyser while having the entire area to myself and the dps... was fun but totaly trivialized the hard parts of the fight and almost made it a tank and spank!

No what they should have done is just not have one of the guys have a debuff. The point of encounters typically is to have two tanks involved and it's mostly by boring debuff swaps. Even without debuffs present you would never want to solo tank this boss. Splitting should have been encouraged from the start and the encounter would have been much more 'intended'. Currently you would be retarded not to split them.

There is plenty there already to encourage two tanks and they should have just removed the debuff from one and made it so it was INTENDED to split them up. If you do it how it was 'designed', which is keeping them relatively close nobody would EVER bring melee at all, at least on heroic.

Yea the one thing that really dumbfounds me is how they didn't think of this as the easy solution... like you can see the process behind it..

Dev: OK so 2 mob boss fight... we will have each do different things and you have to look out for each one! when close it will make it hard as you need to split your attention to the two!

Internal testing *split boss up fights easy*

Meeting: Ok so it's way to easy when you split them up... Tank debuff so they have to stay close and we force them to work around the crap that happens? Aw yea great idea thats how we want it done!

Players couple pulls in: any one got a tank off spec wanna go chill in the corner with a healer and another tank? Sweet that was easy!

devs :Players often come up with strats we would never think of during internal testing and are very clever!
