So I have to level 100 levels to finally get rid of the pet?

Brb, leveling my original main to 90.
No more rotational abilities please, it's just more bloat and less damage to the other abilities as a mean to compensate overall dps.
hmmm how hard it can be to take another SS for other talents when its in front of u !!!! ffs
I am super excited about having a pet-less spec finally but this is the wrong way to do it. If a non BM hunter takes this they will lose out on their pet buffs/CC (unless they are going to overhaul pets to just be a dot which would just be retarded). So either the other two talents have to remove CC and increase damage or offer less damage to make this talent viable. IMO a better option would be to just make this a MM passive and give them some form of cc equivalent to pet CC.
Cmooooooon!
Also, I wish people would stop saying "would of". :/
30% flat more damage as survival/MMS the other two talents have to be pretty damn good not to take that one tbh
usually pretty balanced, i don't think that single talent will put SV/MM so far ahead that BM isn't worth playing, and we don't even know what the other two options are yet!

as mm/surv im sure it doesn't do as much as 20% of your dps i think. that talent still sounds pretty good for BM to be honest, your pet does a large % of your damage, and getting all those abilities??
Numbers will be changed, this is an early build just demonstrating general ideas. Gosh, how can you still talk about exact numbers.....? ://
To be clear, for BM spec, that +70% (instead of +50%) is a flat 13.3333333~% pet dmg increase, or somewhere around 6-7% overall dmg increase.
SO
if for SV or MM the pet is 20% of your damage.
and for BM its 50% of your damage.
Assuming all 3 specs were perfectly equal to begin with
Taking the talent is a 10% dmg gain for MM/SV
Taking the talent is a 6-7% dmg increase for BM
its VERY close.
unless its a massive decrease in dps, i'd probably still take it. if its like a 2% dps loss taking the talent, i'd take it. im not a hardcore raider, that 2% doesn't matter that much to me. if its a 10% dps loss to take it, then i wont :P

thats with current numbers though, of course it should be a dps gain, otherwise its pointless. if you're pet is doing more % of your damage than the talent gives, its pointless. we need to see if its a dps increase to the other two mysterious talents.
