Why should that be in a PTR patch now ? Is there any content in the WOD expansion in the PTR ? Answer ... no....

This may be obtainable when you pre-order the expansion, which could happen a couple months before the release... as a way to get people to put up money early for the expansion. I don't think they've done that before, but there's no reason why they couldn't.
