Indeed it is, that DLC had what was missing from ME3 for me, a sense of humor instead of being all serious the whole time

Yeah, that's what I loved about this DLC as well. Bioware finally turned towards fans and said, "OK, guys, you made fun of all our characters? Here you go". And, what I now always do is save the game right before the Cerberus base mission, not having completed this DLC. I walk through the ending. Then I imagine that all this has been Shepard's dream. She wakes up, hears that the war is over, and goes partying. I like this ending a lot more.

Also, the best quotes in the game. Hands down.

"Nobody steals my ship. Not even me." -Shepard

"Uncle Urdnot is back in town and he brought the boom!" -Wrex

    "Shepard." -Wrex
    "Wrex." -Shepard
    "Shepard." -Grunt
    "Grunt." -Shepard
    "Shepard Shepard Shepard" - Wrex
    "... Wrex?"
    "Shepard!"
    "Grunt!"
    "Shepaaaaaaaaaaaaaard"
    "Wrex"
    "Shepaaaaaaaaaaaaaard!"
    "Grunt"

"Why is there never a crate to hide behind when you need one?" -Kaiden

"This is why I love hanging out with you guys. Why shoot something once when you can shoot it 46 more times?" -Wrex

    "Its jokin' time" - Joker

"50,000 years later and I still never get picked." -Javik

"She said 'I should go,' do I really sound like that?" - Shepard
    "As long as I've known you . . . yeah." - Wrex

    "Uh . . . what's with the volus?" -Shepard
"Pizza delivery guy, I got the munchies." -James

"They've got a Krogan, why don't we have a Krogan?"

"She said, 'slow her down,' we can kill shepard if we have to, right?"
"She said 'slow her down' because she thinks we're only cannon fodder!"
    "Oh. Well. Shit."

"If you told me this morning I'd be breaking into the Normandy with a toothbrush, I'd be very skeptical." -Shepard

"I've always wanted to do this!" -Wrex, while battling on the Normandy
"You've always wanted a firefight on the Normandy CIC?" -Shepard
"And it's not even my birthday!"

"What can possibly be more important than Zaeed Massani not getting bested by a fucking children's game?" -Zaeed

I'll miss Robin's distinct voice in future BioWare games.

That stuff really lose all value when you can ask them to say anything and they will literally say anything.

And its really tame at that.

Huh. Turns out Fred Tatasciore voices Zeratul. How the hell did I miss that? I always know these things.

Speaking of which... Am I right to assume that Liara is voiced by the same actress as Dr. Hanson in the Terran campaign? They sound sooooooo similar!

Shepard voiced Leah in Diablo 3.
All right, gentleperchildren, let's review. The year is 2024 - that's two-zero-two-four, as in the 21st Century's perfect vision - and I am sorry to say the world has become a pussy-whipped, Brady Bunch version of itself, run by a bunch of still-masked clots ridden infertile senile sissies who want the Last Ukrainian to die so they can get on with the War on China, with some middle-eastern genocide on the side

I find that surprising, she sounds very different in D3. However she is very obvious as the Female Trooper in SWtOR.

I was shocked to find out too. Leah does sound like Hale if you listen for it, but she does use a different voice than she uses for Shepard or FemTrooper.
