As you have heard, another leak was posted and immediately deleted from reddit, apparently posted by a Blue who was laid off by Blizzard.

The main Points are-

FINAL EXPANSION OF WOW. After this, Blizz will be making a new MMO, possibly based on Warcraft and an entirely new engine.

Main Antagonist-Sargeras

Zones are twisting nether and Argus

Velen returns

Sargeras kills archimonde for failing, recruits a new successor

New Class- Demon Hunter

illidan returns

Ki'l jaeden will be first raid tier

Gul dan is killed of early as well

Neutral Titan Faction-with Algalon playing a role, having seen us before on Ulduar. Tyr absence explained.

Path of the Titans returns

No more Garrisons

Confirmed twisitng nether is one realm

Thrall is killed by Sargeras

Mercenary option combines both factions for LFG

Lots of well known heros die off

Blizz was not happy with the current engine and feels the game is obsolete.

Blizz was not happy with the current engine and feels the game is obsolete.

They have no reason to actually kill WoW when it is still far-and-away the most populace game of it's genre even after recent sub losses, so that fact alone pretty much sets up this fake leak for failure. The engine is behind, but it's been behind for 8 or 9 years and Blizz has made many small adjustments to keep it running well enough. Then there is the Path of the Titans note...Firstly, it can't "return" because it was never implemented. Secondly, Blizz didn't just "postpone" the concept (like dance studio), they outright trashed the idea because they didn't feel that it had a place in the game. Also Velen never left...the AU one died but ours is still sitting inside his crashed spaceship as he has been for 8 years.

Haha, also this. Pretty much the best point of the thread so far. In the last expansion of WoW there will be no new class or race because there would be no point in focusing on a new class or race at that point. It requires a tremendous amount of effort on their part to design and then play the rebalancing game with the new class and all other classes.
