Not real for many, many reasons, one reason being that it is not possible to fit that Illidan figure in the box.

The CE looks very good, would believe that this is the real CE.
The illidan figure looks pretty awesome, sadly that blizzard doesnt include a figure in every box, theme based for the expansion.

Cant wait to preorder it on Amazon! Bought every CE so far which means iam a slave of WoW and the CE Boxes

lack of shadow does not mean fake if in a well lit room, and there is reflecting on the floor. seems appropriate that they maybe a voucher to send off for the figure other games do that

It's fake. The figure is a DC Unlimited figure that's been out for quite some time (and has been discontinued). You can even find videos from 2011 about it - but I feel I've seen it even before that. If they wanted to add an Illidan statue/toy with Legion, it would probably be a new one that people wouldn't have collected.

The fakery leads to some pretty interesting photographic illusions though. If you look closely at the "Art book." the manner in which the sharpness is continuous throughout and matches the foreground ahead of the book. So when your brain compares that to the overall falloff of the shot's focus it actually makes the Illidan pop slightly off of the cover of the book.

(And from that you can tell the book is really there... The artwork on the front isn't).

Let me see...

Artbook has the Hearthstone card art (and most likely used by Blizzard somewhere else first).
The Collector's Box is just the Legion aesthetics from the webpage, but that is to be expected. However, lacking the flare that the recent Collector's Edition boxes have (Diablo III: Reaper of Souls and Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void to name the recent ones).
Mousepad art is not even Blizzard's artwork, it is derricksong's on Deviantart.
The game disk box has the same artwork shown for Legion, but remember Warlords of Draenor's box art as changed.
The CD case is hard to make out... so I have to skip that one.
The Behind the Scenes DVD artwork looks legit, but still hard to see what it is exactly.
The Illidan Stormrage figure is a nice touch, but in no way included with the Collector's Edition (in my opinion).

So... I think this is fake. Mainly because of the mousepad artwork belongs to another artist and not Blizzard.
