They won't give us the patch notes (They deflected the request for one, instead stating that compiling patch notes would take away from "watching Spongebob"), but they fixed the Alt F4 thing, nerfed the hell out of the Stopwatch (from Godmode to terrible), nerfing Azazel, and some other stuff.
