Oh dear. Clearly Luluco is the only Trigger show worth it this season then?

I enjoy Kiznaiver a lot personally, although I think I love the idea more than the actual way it ended up going. My only real complaint is it kinda rushes through stuff. Feels like it missed a bit of potential, but I'm not picky.

Flying Witch: 8/10 (after ten episodes)
Joker Game: 7/10 (finished; dropped a point after the quality dropping off the last few episodes, imo)
Luluco: 7/10 (after ten episodes)
Netoge: 6/10 (finished; I enjoyed it a lot more at the beginning, but then it decided to be serious and it was just boring...)

Joker Game: 7/10 (overall solidly okay, haven't seen latest episode yet)
Re: Zero: 6.5/10 (has improved since beginning, but I still dislike Subaru in 9 out of 10 scenes)
Boku no Hero: 5.5/10 (it's classic shounen with no depth, but does it well)
Kabaneri: 5/10 (looks pretty, but is really mediocre otherwise)
Luluco: 4/10 (randomness and spastic self-tribute is not my thing; only finished it because it was a short)

Dropped:
Bungou Stray Dogs: 5/10 (watched first episode, seemed "meh")
Flying Witch: --/-- (watched first 2-3 episodes, lost interest)

Wow, only one show I would think of voting for. Some of the others aren't bad, but they wouldn't bring much conversation.

Yes, and that's Luluco. Kiznaiver is only animated by Trigger anyway.

I wanted to like it and I was telling people to hold their horses when they didn't like it in the beginning, but it's just not a good show. If you wanted to be really sarcastic you could say that the cast is literally autistic, since it took an entire show for them to learn what feelings are and what it means to be friends.

The show just always tried to make a big deal out of things that absolutely weren't and was full of unnecessary melodrama throughout all of that. I'm going to watch the last episode now, but this will probably end up being a 5/10 for me.

I'll have to give this Luluco a look at, but I could understand how people wouldn't enjoy Kiznaiver. I feel like though that was an issue with it feeling rushed though, they didn't explain really well WHY any of them had basically no friends, aside from like, 2-3 of the characters. I'd go into more details, but I'm off for now!

Flying witch ep 12 - This has to be one of my favorite SoL shows ever. It might not be the most eventful show, but everything just fits together perfectly and it feels so cinredibly comfy.

Also for everyone who likes Flying Witch, I highly recommend Aria. They have a very similar tone. The main characters are also quite similar.

Wish I would've known this before I picked the rest of the hardcovers up. Not too big of a loss since I snagged the others for like $5 each. Hardcover of The Wavering of Haruhi Suzumiya is $618 on Amazon.
