The good thing though is that these days these kinds of things are seen by millions of people in just a few hours. I'm going to just hope that people become fed up enough in the near future that they somehow combat these corrupt assholes and take them out of power. Yes there's sexual connotations to it, but ultimately, my use of the word Rape, as in.

Because it deserves to be punished like rape and still constitutes penetration. Your definition also runs contrary to their law. A woman rubbing her genitals on someone would not constitute rape. I would consider that sexual assault, not rape. Just like men aren't charged with rape if they just rub against a woman with their genitals. That's usually defined as sexual assault. Seems like you're pushing for men to be more harshly punished in many sexual assault cases: you think they should be tried for rape instead.
