The Sentinax - How to get up there ?

ok, stupid question: how i get into the sentinax ? does it give honor doing stuff there ?

i saw there portal to sentinax on ground, but cant be clicked :/

You don't get on it; you go under it. Mobs under the Sentinax has a chance to drop a Beacon that summons a portal. Basically, it is for farming Nether Shards.
