Most of the vengeance DH artifact traits are trash anyways. It's by far one of the worst artifacts in terms of traits. I've never been excited about any trait in it, maybe Painbringer as a fun proc if it weren't for the fact it's often proccing when you don't actually need it.

The procs (fueled by pain) are effected by this so yeah i kinda found it to be a noticeable and welcome trait.

2 second itself may seem not a big deal but comparing overall meta buff before & after, it is one of the best traits in all vengeance traits
