The only 2 AFC teams with a better win % than the Pats right now are the Chiefs and Broncos, 1 of them will probably be lower after tonight with the way the season has gone. Anything is possible though, especially when the bad AFC teams not named the Browns seem to at least be competitive even if they shouldn't be on paper.

Elway needs to stop giving kickers extensions, bad things happen when he does. On the plus side, McAnus didn't miss in the loss, but has missed at least once in each win. Hopefully that trend continues.

He had this problem when he was 1st signed after Prater had his issues. Even got released for Connor Barth.

Well, sometimes one miss can get in your head and it just continues to go bad from there. Just look at Gostkowski and his extra point miss in 2015 playoffs that lead to his overall shaky 2016 season.

I'm sure he'll get over it and be a productive kicker again, but the question is if McManus can get it done RIGHT NOW or if he'll be this shaky all season. You'd kind of have to think Denver would yank him if he misses something important.

Patriots were down to a New York team that no one expected to win by 14-0 and still won, so I wouldn't despair too much yet.

That was just BAD. You cannot get Delay of game on third down like that. Eli should know better.
