Allegedly heterosexual men roll around on the ground with one another while wearing little more than their underwear. There's also women who do the exact same thing, but surprisingly enough, that isn't the game's main focus.
In one game mode, you create your own character with which to do this.

Band of Thieves kidnaps a princess and go on an adventure around the world. Princess is actually the one who hired the thieves because she wanted to be kidnapped. Her parent is crazy and ends up starting a near world war.
