like you can do a quest to swap factions and be a NE on the horde or an alliance Turen ? as en example
they added the coloured name plates already so it could work plus we already have pandas doing this kinda

Dwarves are already borderline filthy savages so you'd fit right in with the Orcs.

That is a highly untrue statement. Dwarves are short-tempered like orcs perhaps. But they are far too modernised to be classed "Savages". If any race on the Alliance were to be "Savages" (Beside Worgen as they are designed to be "savage") it would Night Elves because of their nature based lifestyle. So that is pure nonsense right there.
