Trademarks before the announcement are a thing of the past now, i doubt we'll find any.

Apparently they get registered extremely close to Blizzcon (maybe day of announcement) and at a obscure location.

what you belive doesnt matter its fact that blizz has said on MULTIPLY occasions the next max level will be 120. so yes, its fake.

It's because they can just file it as WoW:Whatever instead of just Whatever they just slap some technicalities on it and suddenly they have a ready made trademark that doesn't have to be filed till like an hour before reveal and no one can do anything to it.

Well trademarking Legion isn't possible since it's used for more then..well what this expansion is.
